a solutions-oriented approach to everything he does — from leading teams and companies to crafting strategies that drive long-term success.

As President of EEEA, Inc., Brent leads with vision, experience, and a focus on continuous improvement. Before stepping into this role, he spent seven years as CFO, where he guided the company through a period of financial transformation and sustainable growth.

Outside of work, Brent is a devoted husband of 18 years and a proud father of three teenagers. You’ll often find him coaching middle school baseball or little league flag football, spending time outdoors with family, or wakeboarding on the lake whenever he gets the chance.

VP of Operations

Bill Esterak

With over 30 years of experience in electronics and a degree in Electronics Engineering, Bill brings a wealth of technical knowledge and leadership to EEEA, Inc. Since joining the team ten years ago, he’s been a driving force in production, quality, procurement, and customer service — ensuring every project runs with precision and purpose.

Originally from Ohio, Bill’s passion for problem-solving started early, fixing PA systems and electronics long before it became his career. Today, he channels that same curiosity and dedication into leading teams, optimizing processes, and upholding EEEA’s high standards of quality.

Outside of work, Bill is a proud family man, a devoted follower of Christ, and a dog dad to three energetic pups. He enjoys camping, fishing, biking, music, sports, and relaxing with a good cigar among friends.

At EEEA, Bill’s favorite part of the job is the challenge of multitasking in a fast-paced,
ever-evolving environment — and ensuring every circuit, panel, and partnership reflects true excellence.

Fun fact: before electronics took center stage, Bill was an internationally known musical
entertainer, producer, actor, and radio host — and even graduated summa cum laude, at the very top of his class.

Born and raised in Greer, South Carolina, Lisa has been an integral part of EEEA, Inc. since June 1992. With an Associate Degree in Computer Electronics and over 30 years of experience in PCB design and fabrication, she brings deep technical expertise and unmatched dedication to her role.

Outside of work, Lisa has been happily married for 28 years and is the proud mother of two
daughters and a wonderful son-in-law. A woman of faith, she finds joy in traveling with her family, exploring antique and thrift stores, and attending concerts whenever she can.

Lisa’s favorite part of working at EEEA is watching a design develop from concept to finished product — a process she’s helped perfect over three decades of hands-on experience.

With over 25 years of experience in HR and accounting across industries ranging from retail to
healthcare to small business operations, Kim brings both expertise and empathy to her role at EEEA, Inc. Since joining the company in 2019, she’s been a steady and trusted presence—balancing people, process, and precision with an approachable, down-to-earth leadership style.

Outside of work, Kim loves spending time with her husband of 26 years, their two daughters, and their lively home full of animals including three dogs, four cats, two goats, and a flock of chickens. When she’s not keeping the family farm in order, you’ll often find her relaxing with a good book or enjoying time with loved ones. A true animal lover through and through, Kim embodies the warmth, care, and dedication that make EEEA feel like family.

Fun fact: Kim believes every day’s better when it starts with coffee and ends with a chorus of paws, purrs, and bleats.

Quality Manager

Aaron Ranallo

Originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Aaron brings a deep and diverse background in quality and production to EEEA, Inc. After earning his degree from Georgia Tech, he built a career that spans both large-scale corporations — including DuPont, Shaw Flooring, and Johnson & Johnson — and innovative startups like MycoWorks. His expertise in quality systems, engineering, and process improvement helps ensure EEEA continues to meet the highest standards of precision and performance.

Aaron enjoys the close-knit, collaborative nature of a smaller company, where communication is
open, decisions move quickly, and every team member makes a visible impact.

Outside of work, Aaron enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, whether it’s exploring new hiking trails, playing volleyball, or diving into a good fantasy book. He’s equally at home on a ski slope as he is enjoying a quiet evening with family — even if he’ll admit he hates the cold more than anyone.

Fun fact: Aaron has skied on a glacier in Austria, dreams of seeing the Northern Lights, and loves learning new skills just for the challenge of it.

Business Development Manager

Herman Hassan

As EEEA’s Business Development Manager, Herman brings a uniquely versatile background spanning education, coaching, customer experience, and marketing. His career has always centered around people — helping others grow, learn, and succeed through clarity, creativity, and genuine connection.

At EEEA, Herman combines strategy with storytelling, overseeing both client relationships and the company’s marketing initiatives. Whether managing projects, nurturing partnerships, or elevating brand presence, he focuses on creating meaningful experiences that reflect EEEA’s values of quality, service, and trust.

Originally from Kurdistan in Northern Iraq, Herman’s journey has been defined by resilience and curiosity — qualities deeply rooted in the lessons of hard work and dedication instilled by his parents. Their example remains the cornerstone of his personal and professional values, shaping his approach to leadership and partnership every day.

When he’s not at the soccer field coaching his two Pre-ECNL girls’ teams at CESA, Herman is passionate about spending time with his wife, his German Shepherd Hiro, and his close-knit circle of family and friends. You’ll often find him watching soccer, running, lifting, or finding a rare moment to dive into a video game.

His favorite part of working at EEEA? The balance between creativity and connection — being able to lead innovative marketing efforts while building lasting partnerships with clients that feel more like collaboration than commerce.

Fun fact: English is Herman’s third language — he also speaks two dialects of Kurdish.
